Meet Errol
Errol is The Grind's GM -a highly trained boxer who brings real coaching to every session. He runs the floor personally, whether it's a functional fitness class or a one-on-one PT session. Direct, patient with beginners, and genuinely invested in the people who train under him.

Unlimited Sessions
Full access to all group classes. Come as often as you like.

Questions
Do I need experience?
No. All sessions are coached and scaled to your level. Complete beginners train alongside seasoned athletes.
How long are sessions?
45-60 minutes. Warm-up, movement demo, workout, and a community cool-down.
How often should I train?
We recommend 3-5 sessions per week for best results.
What should I bring?
Water, a towel, and training shoes. We have everything else.
